The opening ceremony will be held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, on Wednesday, Sept. 15.
The event, which will be televised on the ABC, is the first of two official events that will take place at the new Olympic Stadium, a massive facility that is being constructed by a Japanese company.
“The Rose Bowl, for me, is like the place where you can really get to know people and the people that you work with,” said the IOC President Thomas Bach, who was born in Pasadena and is the brother of IOC President Jacques Bach.
The opening of the stadium is the third major sporting event at the facility and it is expected to attract millions of people to the United States, Canada and other countries.
“I think we are at the beginning of the Olympics for us and the country,” Bach said.
Bach, a former president of the United Nations, also added that the opening of stadiums around the world is not a coincidence.
“You don’t need a stadium in every country, but you need a big stadium, because we are building stadiums everywhere.
You can’t have stadiums in every city, but that is the way we are going,” he said.
The Rose Bowl has hosted several Olympics and the Games have been held there five times.
It is also the venue for the 2024 Winter Games, and Bach said the opening ceremonies will be similar.
“We have always built these games in the same stadium, the same venue.
And so you will see the same teams, the athletes will be here, the players will be there, and the fans will be in the stadium,” Bach added.
There will be a number of new facilities and structures on the Olympic site that are expected to be used during the Olympics, including a soccer stadium and a soccer arena, as well as a new water park.
In the past, the IOC has chosen a venue for sporting events in different cities around the globe to showcase the sport, but Bach said Wednesday’s opening ceremony is a big step forward in this direction.
“It’s the first time that we are bringing these events to the U.S. and Canada.
It’s also the first major sporting venue that we have been able to construct,” he added.
IOC member countries will hold the ceremony at the stadium, which was built by a Chinese company, which Bach said is the biggest construction project of its kind.
The stadium was designed by architect Frank Gehry.
He said that the Rose Stadium was chosen because it is the best choice because it was the best location to hold the Games.
“What we are trying to do here is try to create a site that is ideal for these events, because the facilities that we put here are going to be ideal for them.
And they will be perfect for the people and for the facilities,” Bach explained.
“And the Rose will be an ideal venue for all of these events because of its proximity to other events.
It will be good for a variety of activities.”
Bach said he was not sure how many people will be at the opening festivities, but he said he expects there will be about 10,000 spectators.
He added that there will also be a capacity of about 2,500 to 3,000 people in the Rose, as opposed to the previous venue, the Rose City Stadium, which had a capacity between 2,000 and 2,400 people.
Bach said there is no limit on the number of people that can attend the opening events, although he noted that the Olympic Stadium will have a capacity limit of about 1,500 people.
The first official event of the 2020 Games, the Pan Am Games, will take over the Rose as the host venue.
The IOC has set the official opening of 2020 as Sept. 11, 2020.
The Games are the world’s biggest sporting events and the first in the history of the IOC to be held in the United State.
Bach did not have an exact number of participants expected, but said he expected at least a million spectators.
“This is the greatest sporting event that we can possibly have in the world.
The Olympic Games are so big, it’s a great event.
And the people are really excited to participate in this.
We are so pleased,” he noted.
